In protest of what it calls a religion “of the devil,” a nondenominational church in Gainesville, Florida, plans to host an “International Burn a Quran Day” on the ninth anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks.

Fine by me. I say throw the Bible in there while you’re at it, and maybe the Book of Mormon too, although you can’t really burn gold, so you’d kind of have to smelt it. Throw all your “holy books” in there. Dianetics, The Celestine Prophecy, Harry Potter. Whatever it is the Jews read. I support equal opportunity burnage. Freedom of religious book burning is what this great nation was founded upon. What burns never returns, my friend. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
